Aimed to reduce the incidence of chronic health conditions and encourage individual wellness, Guardrails is a collaborative partnership between the School of Education and Human Development's Department of Kinesiology and Sport Sciences and the Miller School of Medicine's UHealth Sports Medicine Division. Guardrails provides an efficient, non-invasive, research-based wellness assessment that takes only 10 minutes in a healthcare provider's office. Our assessments provide patients and their healthcare providers with details regarding metabolic, musculoskeletal, nutritional, and aerobic health. Our team then delivers personalized behavior modifications, exercise prescriptions, and nutritional recommendations to improve a patient's life.
Each donation to the Guardrails initiative makes a lasting impact in the lives of many. Please join us in our efforts to improve individual and community well-being with a gift today.
